Neighbors from Hell

The intense summer heat pushed toward 100 degrees everyday, and we liked to keep the sliding door to our balcony open. It didn’t take long for us to realize that our neighbor liked to smoke more than cigarettes. A sickly sweet smoke wafted into our apartment many days.
